FAQ

Q:What household appliances can theinverter run at the same time?

A:3kW Inverter: Suitable for small homes. It can support one air conditioner, computers,
and lighting systems.

4.2kW Inverter: Ideal for medium-sized homes. It can power multiple computers, a
TV, a refrigerator, and lighting simultaneously.

6.2kW、7kW、7.2kW Inverter: Capable of running most household appliances, including air conditioners, water heaters, and kitchen equipment.

11kW 、12kW Inverter: Designed for small businesses or office buildings. It can simultaneously power air conditioners, printers, lighting, and other office
equipment.

Q:What off-grid inverters do you offer?

A:We offer off grid inverters from 3kw-12kw.
off-grid inverters according to your different requirements
, suitable for residential homes, office buildings,
small businesses, and farms
. These inverters provide reliable power for a
wide range of off-grid energy applications.

Q:Can off-grid inverters be connected in parallel?

A:Yes. The 6.2kW, 6.5KW, 7kW, 7.2kW, 11kW and 12kW models support parallel operation, allowing multiple units to work together to provide higher power capacity for larger energy demands.

Q:Do I need a special battery for an off-grid inverter?

A:You need a battery bank that matches the inverter’s DC voltage (12V, 24V, or 48V) and capacity requirements.

Q:What are the Top Considerations for Home Backup Inverters?

A:Capacity: 3kW to 12kW+ inverters are typically used for home backup, depending on whether you
are powering essential loads (fridge, lights) or the entire house.

Power Type: Pure sine wave inverters are necessary for modern electronics and appliances,
as modified sine waves can cause damage or malfunction.

Battery Voltage: Ensure the inverter matches your battery bank, typically 48V for larger home systems to maximize efficiency.

Q:Can I get technical support after purchase?

A:Yes. We provide remote technical support, including usage guidance, troubleshooting, and system optimization advice to help ensure your system operates efficiently.

Q:What is the difference between LiFePO4 batteryand Lead-acid battery?

A:Lithium (LiFePO4) batteries offer
superior performance over lead-acid.

Lifespan: Lithium lasts 10–15 years (3,000-5,000+ cycles), whereas lead-acid lasts only 2–6 years
(300-500 cycles).

Depth of Discharge: Lithium can safely use 95–100% of its capacity, while lead-acid should only be discharged to 50% to avoid damage, meaning you need double the capacity in lead-acid to get the same usable energy.

Weight&Size: Lithium is roughly 50% smaller and 75% lighter than equivalent
lead-acid, making them ideal for RVs, boats, and portability.

Charging&Efficiency: Lithium charges in ~2 hours or less, compared to 6–8 hours for lead-acid, and is ~95% efficient, losing less energy to heat.

Mantainence&Safety: Lithium requires no regular maintenance. Lead-acid (especially flooded) requires regular electrolyte checks and produces hazardous gas. However, lithium must have a battery management system (BMS) to manage fire risks.

Costs: Lead-acid has a lower initial purchase price, but lithium is more economical over its lifespan due to not needing replacements.

Q:What are the key considerations before buying the home energy storage system?

Capacity (kWh): How much energy it stores (e.g., 6kWh is standard, but you
might need more for whole-home backup).

Power Output (kW): How much energy it can deliver at once (determines if you can
run heavy appliances).

Backup Capability: Ensure it provides seamless "islanded" operation during power outages.
