Leveraging our strategic warehouse network in the United States, Poland, and other locations, along with top-tier logistics partners such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx, your orders will be dispatched promptly from the nearest warehouse, ensuring optimized delivery times. We understand the complexities of international shipping, which is why we provide real-time tracking information throughout the process and actively assist you with customs clearance, striving to make the entire experience transparent and seamless. From the moment you place your order until the product safely arrives at your doorstep, our logistics support ensures you can enjoy the clean energy experience brought by SANDISOLAR products worry-free, with no concerns about the shipping process.

We operate multiple fulfillment centers to optimize delivery efficiency and costs.

1. EU Warehouse

  • Logistics Partners: DHL、DPD、GSL and so on.
  • Processing Time: Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of successful payment (business days only).
  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    • For European Countries, Generally 3-7 business days.
    • For Ukraine, it needs 7-30 business days.
    • Please note: Delivery times are estimates; actual times may vary due to local logistics conditions.
  • Free Shipping over the EU and Ukraine orders

2. US Warehouse

  • Logistics Partners: DHL 、UPS 、Fedex and so on.
  • Processing Time: Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of successful payment (business days only).
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Typically 3-7 business days. (This is an estimate; actual times may vary due to factors such as customs clearance.)
  • Free shipping over the US orders

We only ship to the contiguous 48 states (the continental United States).

We do NOT ship to the following locations:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands)

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

  • Any location outside of the United States

Delivery is not supported in regions other than the European Union, the United States, and Ukraine.

 

📝 Important Notes

  1. Address Accuracy: Please verify that your shipping address is correct before making payment, as we will ship strictly to the address provided. Buyers may be held responsible for packages returned or lost due to incorrect addresses.
  2. Force Majeure: Order processing may be delayed due to force majeure events (such as extreme weather, customs inspections, etc.). However, we are committed to processing your order as quickly as possible once conditions permit.
  3. Damage Handling: We carefully inspect and ensure products are well-packaged before shipping. If you notice visible external damage upon receiving your goods, please retain all original packaging and photos of the damaged items and contact us via email at  info@sandisolar.com within 3 business days of signing for the delivery.
